O suspeito tem 22 anos e compartilhava imagens indiscriminadamente
A Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal prendeu, nesta segunda-feira (17), um homem suspeito de divulgar na internet imagens dos corpos dos cantores Marília Mendonça, Cristiano Araújo e Gabriel Diniz feitas em Institutos de Medicina Legal (IML).
A investigação da Delegacia Especial de Repressão aos Crimes Cibernéticos apontou que o suspeito, de 22 anos, compartilhava o conteúdo criminoso indiscriminadamente em sem nenhuma autorização na internet.
No Brasil, a pena para quem pratica o crime de vilipêndio de cadáver pode ser de detenção de 1 a 3 anos e pagamento de multa, e está prevista no art. 212 do Código Penal.
