Até a vice estava atráz de uma boquinha, mas o fato chamou a atenção
O casamento do prefeito de Araucária, Hissam Hussein Dehaini com uma adolescente de 16 anos pode ser anulado devido a uma possível infração da celebrante da união, a vice-prefeita da cidade, Hilda Lukalski (PSD).
De acordo com o Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), a atitude da vice-prefeita viola as normas da Corregedoria Nacional em decorrência da incompatibilidade das atividades cartoriais com o exercício simultâneo de mandato eletivo.
Ainda segundo o CNJ, além da incompatibilidade das atividades, a vice-prefeita também formalizou o afastamento das atividades cartorárias de 1º de janeiro de 2021 a 31 de dezembro de 2024, o que a impossibilitaria de ter celebrado a união entre Dehaini e a adolescente.

Na última quinta-feira, 27, o corregedor nacional de Justiça, ministro Luis Felipe Salomão, determinou a apuração sobre se a Vice estava ocupando cargo eletivo e as atividades cartoriais ao mesmo tempo. O ministro deu 5 dias para a Corregedoria-Geral da Justiça do Estado do Paraná (TJ-PR) prestar informações sobre o caso à Corregedoria Nacional de Justiça.
Por meio de nota, a Prefeitura de Araucária disse que, desde janeiro de 2017, a vice-prefeita está afastada da função de Oficial do Cartório de Registros Civis da Comarca de Araucária “em razão da incompatibilidade do cargo eletivo com o de tabeliã”.
Em outro trecho da nota, o Executivo Municipal informou ainda que “detalhes de procedimentos realizados por órgãos do foro extrajudicial devem ser questionados junto à estes”.
