Financiamentos do programa com recursos do FGTS têm novo limite em todo o território nacional
A partir desta sexta-feira, 7 de julho, a CAIXA implementa as medidas do novo Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, anunciadas pelo Conselho Curador do FGTS. Entre as medidas está o aumento do valor dos imóveis. Agora, as famílias com renda de R$ 4,4 mil até R$ 8 mil vão poder financiar imóveis de até R$ 350 mil. Antes, o valor máximo para a faixa 3 era de até R$ 264 mil.
Para famílias das Faixas 1 e 2, com renda de até R$ 4,4 mil, o limite do valor do imóvel passa a variar entre R$ 190 mil e R$ 264 mil, a depender da localidade.
Outra medida do novo Minha Casa, Minha Vida é o valor do subsídio. O desconto máximo passou de até R$ 47,5 mil para até R$ 55 mil reais. O Programa trouxe também redução: na taxa de juros para famílias com renda mensal de até R$ 2,0 mil. Haverá uma redução da taxa de juros de 0,25 por cento, independente da localidade do país. Nas regiões Norte e Nordeste, a taxa passou de 4,25% a.a. para 4,00% a.a., e nas demais regiões, de 4,50% a.a. para 4,25% a.a.

São várias áreas da vida das famílias que são atingidas por uma habitação adequada”, reforçou.
Para conhecer as linhas de financiamento habitacional, a partir do dia 7 de julho, os clientes poderão fazer simulações sobre a melhor opção e obter informações sobre comparativo de taxas, os clientes podem acessar o site CAIXA.gov.br/habitacao, ou baixar gratuitamente o aplicativo Habitação CAIXA, na loja de aplicativos de seu smartphone.
