O laudo pericial confirmou o abuso, e a justiça expediu mandado de prisão em desfavor do investigado
A Polícia Civil da Paraíba, por meio da Delegacia de Crimes contra a Infância de Campina Grande, prendeu nessa segunda-feira (19) um idoso de 76 anos de idade, investigado por abusar sexualmente da própria filha.
A vítima tem 11 anos de idade e sofre de problemas psiquiátricos. As investigações tiveram início a partir de reclamações feitas pela própria menina a familiares. O laudo pericial confirmou o abuso, e a justiça expediu mandado de prisão em desfavor do investigado.
