Os serviços prestados pelos Cartórios de Registro de Imóveis da Paraíba atingiram a marca de 50 mil atos online realizados pela plataforma eletrônica nacional registradores.onr.org.br, que permite a prática de uma série de serviços imobiliários de forma remota, entre eles a solicitação de certidões de imóveis, pesquisas de bens, acompanhamento do procedimento de registro e visualização de matrículas.
Desenvolvida pelos Registradores de Imóveis do Brasil por meio do Operador Nacional do Registro de Imóveis (ONR), entidade responsável por implementar e operar o registro de imóveis eletrônico no país, o portal de serviços online registrou um crescimento de 23% no primeiro semestre de 2024 em relação ao total de atos praticados no mesmo período em 2023, e de 608% em relação ao mesmo período de 2022, primeiro ano de disponibilização da plataforma.
Em números absolutos foram 27.248 mil atos praticados no primeiro semestre deste ano, frente a 22.148 mil no mesmo período de 2023 e 3.846 em 2022. O número de serviços online solicitados nos primeiros seis meses de 2024 é quase igual ao total de atos realizados em todo o ano de 2022 – 19.763 mil – e corresponde a quase 53% dos serviços digitais prestados ao longo de todo o ano passado.
“Isso representa um avanço importante para a economia do estado e do país, trazendo mais agilidade e segurança jurídica aos procedimentos, o que fortalece o ambiente de negócios e contribui diretamente para o crescimento econômico”, explica Carlos Ulysses Neto, presidente da Anoreg/PB.
Entre os serviços mais importantes disponibilizados em meio eletrônico, está a Certidão Digital online, expedida em formato eletrônico e que possui a mesma validade jurídica do documento impresso. Também é disponibilizada a funcionalidade da Pesquisa Qualificada, que permite localizar bens imóveis e outros direitos reais registrados em determinado número de CPF ou CNPJ.
